Questions

Before you engage.

Who actually does the work?
An NSS team of employees and vetted associates, with the principal accountable for the engagement and directly involved throughout. The people assigned are identified in your proposal; any later change to that team, any third-party subcontractor, or any work-location exception requires your written approval.
Can NSS work on-site?
Yes. NSS is based in Greater Cincinnati and serves clients nationally, with on-site availability for workshops, cutovers, and command centers.
How does an engagement start?
With a confidential conversation about what is happening and what is at risk. If there is a fit, NSS proposes a written scope. Most engagements begin with the Execution Control Assessment.
Does NSS replace our PMO, systems integrator, or vendors?
No. NSS works alongside your teams and partners to establish execution control. Capability transfer is designed into the work so control stays with your organization.

Prove readiness before the transition.

Tell NSS what is happening, what is at risk, and what has to be true next. The first conversation is confidential and carries no obligation.
